A Private Island in Belize
Isabella Caye Resort is the largest private island resort in Belize. The island is 12 acres in size with more than 1 mile of coastline. Construction commenced in July 2017 totaling more than 250,000 square feet of mixed residential and commercial. The Island and development is clear and free title with no mortgages, structured debt, or encumbrances. The resort location is ideal, just 6.42 miles east of Belize City (15 minutes by boat), and approximately 3 miles from the world’s second largest barrier reef. A new Cruise Ship terminal is also being built one mile away, with a capacity to bring 30,000 passengers per week to the area. The resort island has the capacity to host up to 2,500 people for day time events, and 500 overnight guests.
